Excursion: Pitztal

Sport climbing in Pitztal. Pitztal offers several climbing routes suitable for families and sport climbing beginners. Experienced climbers will, of course, also find their personal challenge at the roof of Tyrol. Climbers can expect routes that can be easily accessed and are well secured with stunning panoramic views. The bouldering area Mandlers Boden offers over 150 bouldering challenges and the forest park is particularly tempting for families.

Arrival Pitztal   10.30 am cable car station Pitztal Glacier 
Programme   Pitztal Glacier with mountain guide: The excursion goes to the Pitztal where the highest glacier in Austria is located. After a guided hike we will take the Wildspitzbahn to the highest coffee of Austria – the Café 3.440. From there you have a stunning view over the impressive mountains of Tyrol and Italy as well as the highest mountain of Germany. The view will be enjoyed with some coffee and cake. A visit to the confectioner who produces the sweet dishes at Austrias highest confectionery will be part of the excursion.
