What do I need to enter the athlete's area on the venue?
You need your accreditation.
Please make sure to bring an extra pair of shoes to wear inside the athlete's lounge/isolation zone! You cannot enter the athlete's lounge / iso zone with the shoes that you wore outside.
Is there an athlete's area/lounge?
Yes. It can be accessed by athletes with an accreditation who are climbing in the next respective round.
Are there Shuttle-Busses?
For athletes, there is a Shuttle-Service between Innsbruck Olympiaworld and Kletterzentrum Innsbruck, that runs daily. The first Shuttle starts at Olympiaworld half an hour before the first time that the Isolation Zone opens on that day. The last shuttle starts when the Isolation zone closes the last time for that day. The Shuttle costs 2€ per person. The return from the venue to the Olympiaworld is possible when the shuttle is operating and available. The shuttles have limited capacity. They do not replace public transport, they support it. Can I climb at the Kletterzentrum during the Youth World Championships?
Only in the indoor lead and speed area and a part of the indoor bouldering area.

No, entry to all competitions and the framework programme is free.

Can I get food and drinks at the venue?
Yes, the bistro inside the Kletterzentrum Innsbruck will be open, and at the venue it will be possible to buy snacks and drinks.
Drinks and food from outside can only be taken to the athlete's area (lounge and isolation zone). In the athlete's area, water is provided.
How long does it take from the train station to the venue?
